Antique umbrella, 19th century, carved ivory handle

Antique umbrella. Umbrella of the mid-nineteenth century called “marquise umbrella”. Nice handle entirely in carved ivory. The upper part of the handle is made of wood. A sliding metal ring folds the umbrella for storage. The silk and the lace has been changed, by the parasolerie Heurtault in Paris
An antique lace was used for the restoration. The umbrella is 24,80″ long and the silk is 20,86″ in diameter. It is in perfect condition and can be used.
