Antique fan, “Wedding at the castle”, 19th century

Antique fan. The leaf of paper lined with painted skin of a couple of newlyweds in front of their castle greeted by the crowd. Engraved, gilded and silvered mother-of-pearl sticks. The back painted with scrolls of flowers. It measures 7,28″ long closed and 21,06″ in open diameter. Austria-Hungary? Circa 1850.
