Antique Hand Fan, Louis XV Period, Circa 1750

Antique fan. The leaf is made of skin, it is painted in gouache with a gallant scene and bouquets of flowers. Beautiful engraved ivory frame, pierced, gilded and silver, decorated with chinoiseries. Stains on the leaf, visible in the photos. It measures 11,81 inches closed and 21,65 inches in diameter open.
